When playing otome games, do you usually stick with one game until you finish it, or do you rotate between several?

Usually, I clear the entire Hangame. However, if there is a target among the strategy characters that doesn't suit your preference, and if there isn't a route that appears after clearing all the characters, I sometimes briefly switch to another game

It takes longer to get through my backlog, but at least I'm able to immerse myself in the story. After all, my goal isn't really to finish my backlog efficiently — I just really want to play a lot of otome games

Depends on the situation. If I feel myself slowly getting uninterested in a game, I'd rather hop into another one instead of getting myself burned out from trying to force myself to go through something I'm not really looking forward to playing anymore. And if I'm currently really invested in a game, I'd always focus on that one only while I'm still all "fired up" for it, because I know there's a high chance I'd suddenly lose my passion for a game for some reason. Especially since I'm a slow reader.

Depends on the genre, I guess. When it's rather heavy on the lore or has a darker theme like Virche, I usually switch to a more lighter, slice-of-life one. But it all comes down to the mood that day, ha! Sometimes I have to put it down for several days after an angst-heavy route haha the emotions running too high there. If it's not too overwhelming, then it's alright

For the otome game, I would stick with one route. I do not like getting spoiled from other routes. Also, I would completing one game to move on different otome game. I kinda perfer simple focus on one things. I cannot do multitasking to different otome game. Plus, I didn't play again other route that I like, since I am lazy to redo again. After finished one time, I am like that's it. I should redo the story again, if I like it to save money. The story are good but I just not motivate to do it again.

It definitely gets rough sometimes if Im not super motivated to finish something because it means Im delaying playing something else I might be more interested in. Generally Im also super bad at dropping games or books entirely and will force myself through it before picking up something new. A prison of my own making ,_,
