When playing otome games, do you usually stick with one game until you finish it, or do you rotate between several?

I used to stick to one but sometimes it feels like reading the same book several times with little variations, so I switch between games more often now to avoid being bored.

I usually rotate my games because I get bored real fast unless the game is super interesting to me, which only happened twice ever. The cycle of pick up a new game, take a break while i pick up another will never end haha T-T

I play one at a time bc I'll just never finish it if i switch to a new one. I just end up immersing myself into the story itself.
I stalled birushana since I was switching back and forth so now im just waiting for the FD so I'll have a reason to finally complete the base game

I play between several at once so it takes me a long time to finish games in my backlog LOL cuz I'll just constantly switch based on mood

Sometimes I'll randomly lock in and finish a route in one sitting, sometimes a week (minimum....) will pass before I even finish one chapter

If i rotate between games, I think I don't finish even one of them... So for now just one or two (if the first game is dark or plot wise serious)

When I first started playing otome games, there weren't many localized yet so I stuck with one. Nowadays I tend to rotate because my backlog is huge haha. But if the story is really good and I can't stop playing, I will stick with one.

For yeaaars on end I used to do one game until I finished it, but as time passed I found myself going slower or getting bored or games (then coming back eventually to finish them). So now I play 1-3 at a time, with some older long ones that I play whenever I feel like it (Heart no Kuni no Alice, UtaPri).

Always one at a time, if i don't like a game, i call it done and move to next one, but won't switch between games that i want to play

I also try to stick to one at a time. A lot of the reason is that I want to finish it quickly so that I can look/talk about it without worrying about spoilers. I avoid anything about games I'm playing or will play and that can get pretty restrictive in some spaces.

I usually try to commit to only one until I 100% that one game, because if I switch to another game to read I will forget about that previous game and I have to start all over again 😥

But in reality if the game really bores me I sometimes switch to another game with more light hearted or fast paced(?) story

I don't only play otome games. I often switch between different ones. Sometimes when I load a previous save file, I realize it's been ages since I last played it.

I play several games at the same time because I end up getting bored and want something more exciting to play but I try to finish the games I start even if it takes months

I have to stick with one game because I will forget or mix-up the plot/story if I play several game in one time or haven't play the game for long time. Once I start the game, I will concentrate on finish it in short period.

I will usually play two otome games at a time, along with one BL or eroge! Currently I'm going through Alice=Alice and Piofiore, and I'm also replaying Togainu no Chi on the side. I alternate between otome on weekdays when I have free time, and play the third game on weekends.

I enjoy reading and am quite fast at it, so it doesn't get too confusing. Sometimes I'll even have a novel on the side!

I usually play one game to the very end, because if I get too distracted by other games and forget about it...it goes into my huge backlog and it may be years before I return to it . So I basically want to play several games at the same time, but I can't because of lack of time🥲

I play several in parallel, especially when the VN is looong. It can get tired stack with one single VN.

Depending on how much the game pique my interest, if I like it very much I'll focus on 1 game, if it's only so-so then I'll play 1~2 more simultaneously. But I always try to finish which I started so I can delete it afterward because my PC's memory is not too large. :)

I tend to play one on each platform; before, I was a bit confused and played three at the same time on the same console. Now on the Switch, I've been forced to follow the rule of one novel at a time, so I'm playing Mistolia on it. On PC, I'm playing Furue, Yurayura to, and recently, to lighten things up a bit, I've been playing Heart Cage alongside it; it's shorter, so it's not as demanding. It's difficult to have self-control, but this is the best I've managed to do to avoid starting several and finishing none. I believe I'll finish Mistolia this week at the pace I'm playing it.

I usually only played one route, and tend to lose interest quickly. Unless i like all the characters, I rarely play game fully, and only finished the game only after I am on the mood. Usually I play several games and then got bored quickly. But, I'll try finished it all, even if it takes years.

I usually swap to a different one whenever there's a boring point in the story, or if I'm trudging through the route of an LI I'm not a fan of.
