It said it failed to create the file. My guess is that your current user doesn't have permission to write to that folder. Does this happen to other games as well?

If you're certain you have access to that folder but still get this error, you might need a workaround - reinstalling the game and choosing another folder for your saved games.

Maybe try to re install the game with administrator, or re creating save folder. (I havent tried this one, maybe i'll try to install that later)
