What to do when bored?

Yeah. I was lucky enough to have chosen Snivy as a starter Pokemon. Now, I'm only at the first gym because I don't want Snivy to die xD

Well, I could try that, but there's a risk that Snivy will die. Which is why I'm catching a bunch of Pokemon.

That would be pretty awesome if Pokemon became more mature at pace with its original players. Hardcore mode would see permanent deaths if hit with a weakness and passes a negative hp threshold, making sure your Pokemon don't become overweight or develop diabetes. And of course, add new vampire, werewolf, zombie encounters.
