I've join the sepak takraw back in my school day(coz the football club already full).
I prefer the rattan-made ball compared to the plastic one, coz it less hard.

I know what you meant. Same problem with me too. If I sleep before midnight, there a high probability that I might wake up early... way early n the morning, like 2-3 AM.

Like to listen to good ol' Country songs - especially from Johnny Cash and Hank William.
