It seems to refer to Sciacchetrà, a sweet wine. Does that make sense in the context of the episode? I haven't seen the show.

It's only Chitose to say such a thing. Chitose's wording is abnormal, so even if you talk to a common Japanese person in the same way it will not be understood :(
