What do you think about mini-games in otome?

I actually quite like the mini-games in otome games; they can add a lot of fun, and some even let you interact with characters you can romance, which also helps with character development. But if the mini-games are too simple or tedious, they can make the game less fun. For example, in some life-simulation games, without a guide, it might take me a lifetime to get all the endings, haha.
