Ohayo gozaimasu minna ! I really like this site ever since and I have downloaded a lot of stuffs from here. I want to keep this site going so I really like to contribute some of mine to someone who might need it. So, for that, I have questions.

1. Are we allowed to upload for someone's request? Or only the authorized uploaders are allowed?

2. Is there a feature on the site which you can see all the unfulfilled requests?
