Unlock the Extras in a VN without playing?

I'm trying to find out the tracknames of the sound files I extracted. there's an extras option for the game, but it won't let me open it yet. It would help best if I could open that~ (or a save file would help)
otherwise, I need to find the timing for these tracks:

Timing for track in game isn't the same as the disk... the game has looping mode, therefore, it's completely different from the original cd.

I did this for Narcissu and some other games~ I got the tracks from the game, and used the names under extras.
The other way I did one was to use vgmdb's Timing, and some from youtube. (did that for piece of wonder~)
Looping is a game function, they may even have doubles to help.

Strangely tho, the file is named liked wave.isa but the acutal songs are .ogg.
