Translation setting help?

I just finished installing a J-game on my computer and i was pretty surprised this pop-out dialogue showed up.
Sadly I dont know how to read the Japanese language (i only relied on agth for visual novels lol).
Can anyone help me?

It's just asking what your default video adapter and stuff is. You know, your screen resolution, what type of filtering rate, etc.

Thank you..how about that 32 bit part? I used the default setting and the graphics blurred.
Specifically can you translate the 3 checkboxes?

Well....I can only try.

The first box is the "vsync" option. Which is the refresh rate that the game tries to keep within your monitors capability. Checked means disabled, unchecked means enabled...or the other way around.

The second box....I believe is the option to render the screens in 32bit color. That just enhances the visuals.

The third box I can't read. You'd have to find someone else to translate that.

The last one:

このダイアログを次回起動時に表示しない

It means 'Do not show this dialog the next time you start'.

So if you check it, that dialog box will not appear.
