near the place i study, there is a restaurant with IndoMee(Indonesian Noodles) Superhot, Indo HELL's Chicken Rice, with both being . . . really really spicy.
Also though not a meal, a friend once brought a few ghost chillies to try out with us. Just rubbing the chilli's juices caused burning sensations on the skin. It was much worse on the tongue.

I had a "Spicy Tuna Roll" at a sushi place one time that brought me to tears. I have had it before but this time the chef was messing with me or something because it was completely covered in that red chili "Cock" sauce and spicy mayo. I could only eat about one and a half pieces before I had to throw in the towel. I had a bad case of the fire hole
