Answered Spoiler tag doesnt work for me or I just dont know what i am doing. help?

If you are manually trying to type the spoiler tags out... you aren't doing it right.

Manually: Just insert the equal sign in the first bracket. then if you want a text header for your spoiler, just type in a few words after the equal sign.

E.g:

Spoiler: This is my spoiler

Automatic: Just go to the advanced mode and click on the spoiler wrap icon in the editing toolbar. Easy peasy from there.

Looking closer at your picture. I see no text in between your brackets.

You have your spoiler header text [SPOILER+Hi]) and your end spoiler ([/SPOILER]). You gotta have something in the middle there to make it appear.
