Could anybody help me translating this author note please ?

I am usually using OCR programs to translate this kind of things but seems the author wrote it by hand and OCR programs don't recognize anything.

In Japanese letters (Kanji and Kana):

確か、原作側から某アナのリクエストがあって
誕生したキャラだと思うけど、あんま 憶えてない。
イメージくらいは頂いたのかな……？
金髪外人キャラは何度か挑戦しているけど、
毎度、思ってたのと違うカンジになってしまうな。
あと、もう一回 登場する予定。

(Roughly)
In my memory, there might be the request of the certain announcer (to use as a model of the character) from the /Original story writer/ side,
And so this character was born, I think. But I don't remember clearly.
I used (more or less) the image (of the announcer), didn't I ......?
I have been challenging to draw (express) a foreigner character with blond hairs several times,
But every time I tried, the resulting image was different from what I imagined (planned).
Later, one more time, (this character) will appear (in the manga)

Actually, there is no context. it's just a note of the author about his character, generally for a description, his personality, how/why she made it ...
Kiyoko Seishin/Izayoi Seishin usually draw his inspiration from REAL celebrities (mainly Japanese celebrities) and already clarified this mention in her last productions but unfortunatelly she don't say from whom she drew her inspiration for this blonde caucasian character. We just know it's a request of a certain announcer. Too bad.

Anyway, thanks to your translation, I know now this blonde will get back in the manga and this is an awesome news.
