Hmm not quite yours~ Just depends who is actually faster in terms of it all~ If it can be copied then the original still has a slight advantage for knowing what it actually does~
 
Yes but the original also had to spend time getting used to their power so even if you copy you will have no idea what you copied :goodtea:
