Request for Hi10p encoding tutorial

As the title says, can I request for a tutorial regarding how to encode a file into Hi10p & softwares required?

Your help is greatly appreciated.
 
You should know that Hi10P encodes takes time twice according to 8-bits. Yet you need "Minicoder" or "MeGui" to encode and CCCP for best playback.

Hi just a suggestion since I noticed audios keep being taken down and u have to re upload so could u maybe post them on diff website like reddit or sum? But then dont use like mexashare or others cuz the security of the links is concering so maybe upload it on like mega,pivix,soundgasm,hotaudios,googledrive,airtable,whypit like these are safe so maybe the audio won't get taken down cause unsafe link could be why
