If you're a regular visitor, you may have noticed the bumpy ride the site's been going through for the last few days. Without delving too deep into the details, suffice it to say that one of the networks we have a contract with got flooded by attackers who wanted to blackmail the network into giving them money. We weren't a direct target, but we suffered collateral damage nonetheless.
The situation should now be under control. We also took the opportunity to implement better security precautions as well as optimisation measures while we were at it. The site should hopefully load more smoothly for everyone from this point on.
