Hey guys,

Right now I am searching for some action based anime, something bloody but still a good plot (well my favourite is Claymore so maybe something like that, or Ga-Rei:Zero also Blood-C). So fristly no mecha, shounen ai (hm no shounen at all)
This is what I saw alredy and what I am watching atm: http://myanimelist.net/animelist/Monjster.

Monster ftw.

Tried Higurashi? Another horror thriller. Don`t let it`s cutesy parts fool you, they`re there to contrast the horridly disturbing nature of the anime.

Edit: Noticed you watched Another and are watching Madoka Magica. If you like those you`ll like Higurashi and Monster.

Buso Renkin is really good.. Somewhat mecha, but not really.

Nevermind, looks like you dropped it.. kinda sad. Thought that was an awesome one.

I did drop Higurashi after like 5,6 episodes hated that it's always another story but if u guys say its that good I may start watching again. And almost same goes for Monster, I tryed first ep and dropped but ill start it again thanks

If you want bloody action then I am afraid I haven't much to recommend. But I see Hitman Reborn is on your 'Plan to Watch' list and all I can say is that some of the first few episodes are hilarious. I haven't gone past the Ring Battle arc yet though I do follow the manga closely but seems like the anime counterpart isn't too bad. I also see that you're watching Wolf's Rain - just brace yourself for the ending.

If you're looking for something with good plot, I'd say Code Geass has one of the best (if you really like plots and can follow it closely enough).

How bout Fullmetal Alchemist:Brotherhood...... It maybe shounen but it follow the manga which is dark genre manga with alot of betrayal, killing and blood....

Berserk, Shiki, Mnemosyne, Jin-Roh, Trigun (note: not very bloody), Trinity Blood, Black Lagoon, Hellsing Ultimate, Blood: The Last Vampire (movie), and Deadman Wonderland come to mind.

Crossed those out you've already seen. >_>

Code Geass is mecha and Fullmetal Alchemist isn't exactly bloody, so not sure if those fit the criteria.
