Pretty Cure All Stars New Stage 2: Friends of the Heart aired this March 2013. Any word on whether it's been fansubbed yet? I haven't seen one, so far.

Blurays usually appear a year after a movie came out, so expect a twelve to eighteen month wait time on this.

Edit: It's a DVD prerelease copy. The Bluray will be out later on.

That's unexpectedly fast.
Do shoujo's have a shorter release cycle in general, or is it just Precure - do you know?
 
As I understand it, this DVD copy was a prerelease sent to stores a week or so before the bluray comes out. It has the latest team, DokiDoki Precure in it.

Now that you mention it, the previous All Stars movie, with Smile Precure included was released on DVD and Bluray about the time Smile Precure was ending, roughly 10 months after the theater release.

Yes, this is a fast turnaround for DVD and Bluray (about 4 months.) Not sure why. Surprised me!
