Question Post got sent and never verified

I made a request, and started a thread but after i made it, i couldn't find it anywhere under my account and might have made 2 since i thought my first one vanished, so how long does it take to get mod approval on a request?, or was it rejected? sorry for the disturbance im just curious if im still waiting or it was rejected
