Implemented PM Extend

Hey not sure which admin this refers to but I would like to request to extend my pm limit. My reason for this is due to beening the next host of the mafia and much to my suprise there are 20 players this time. Its rather hard sending there roles and also geting the back stories so i can give them perks. Later on when the game starts everyone will have a day action so this increase of a pm limit would be great.

If you could increase even by 2-6 it would be better then the 6 per hour i have now, you dont need to do ther other palyer snice they wont need that many pms to send to me. Of course though once this game ends you can take away the extra you gave me back to its normal amount per hour.

I will also remind the admin to revert my PM limit to normal when I tell them that the MG6 thread can be closed if you do extend my pm limit.

You see, for those who host Mafia Games there is a constant need of sending PMs. The more people are playing, the more PMs need to be sent. Sometimes more than 6 PMs should be sent like when people are asking lots of stuff about their roles that should be said privately. And since people can't always be online sometimes this leads to people going to sleep/work/school and thus prolonging a Phase and making the game much longer. It would be highly appreciated if you could at least raise Mafia Game's host's PM per hour limit. Thanks in advance.』

Throttle removed altogether for members with extended mailboxes. Also increased the (B)CC limit for easier communication.
