One Piece Unlimited world Red [Vita Japan version]

Hi guys, im looking for some info/translation about dlc's for Japan region. I have finished this game at my eur. 3DS and since this game isnt in 3D there's no point leaving it at shelf besides the Day-1 edition bonuses that include Strong World Luffy costume and Marineford DLC. So im curious if theres any option to get Day one/Straw hat edition dlc's on Vita in Japan region. I have only found that 15th anniversary outfits are free in PSN but how about additional outfit and quest DLC. I have found some info on those 2 sites but my Japanese isnt that good to read shitloads of kanji ... so im asking you for some help.

I would really like to know how to obtain thise 2 in Japan region
