Fixed Notification - Unread Visitor Message

Hello,
i have this bug now already since a few years and i wonder if someone could fix it.

I always have 1 Notification, if i click on it it says, 1 Unread Visitor Messages, if i click on it, it redirects me to the visitor messages but there is nothing. And the notification just wont disappear. Its not in the way or something, but because its always there it is a bit annoying and today i decided to finally ask if someone can fix it for me. Maybe I just make something wrong, i don't know, but all other Notifications disappear when i click them. Thanks in advance :)

Didn't tried, if you the notification of the Unread Visitor Message clicking would, where then on the 'AS| anime-sharing' banner click would...?

It's a known glitch. The system fail to process (remove) an entry from the database: a flag that let the system know you have been already notified and read.

Technically speaking, there's nothing we can do in this regard. However, the system should timeout (and remove) all outstanding notification in the past 48 hours for everyone.

Are you sure it hasn't been cleared yet for over 48 hours?

Thanks for letting me know, but trust me its there since like forever, cant tell since when exactly but pretty long, for sure more then 48 hours :)
The thing is that there is no, not even one, Visitor message, maybe that's whats responsible for the glitch. Maybe it was a SPAM message that got automaticly deleted before i ever could read it and that caused the Notification bug, but i don't know.
If nothing can be done about it then i can accept it, just would have been nice if it could be removed. thanks anyway!
