@otome! has trouble with the site; they're unable to see any text box to type messages in.
Examples & error (on PC browser) messages below.
They have tried it with & without VPN, change browsers, devices etc. but nothing works so far.
Edit: Additional information is that they are accessing via a Mac. Works fine on smartphone / tablet (mobile).
Any assistance would be much appreciated!
