need help with game (karin to asobo)

Hello,
I'm trying to run this game for like a month, i downloaded it from three different sources but i getting the same error:

I tried to change language to japanese or use the AppLoc. program but than i got this error instead:

i'll be glad for any help.

did you just extract the entire file or clean install?

from the screenshots something is misplaced or missing.

may I ask what is in the desktop from the 2nd screenshot?

Install the game under Japanese locale as well (no need for AppLocale if you got your locale settings correct), not just when you want to launch it. From the looks of it, there's an error on trying to read the source directory. "Toma?" isn't a valid folder name. Look at that question mark.

Anyway, thread moved.

yes, you are right!
"Toma?" is my user name and it should be "Tomáš"
i moved the game to different directory and tried to open it with applocale and is working now!
