You can use [base64] and [hide64] BBCode to automatically convert your string into Base64. The [base64] tag will give you the encoded string, while the [hide64] tag will conceal your post but will still reveal the Base64 encoded message when unhidden.
The raw text is only available to you, and it will help you to edit your post faster.
As for why people does this? allegedly to avoid dmca reports from the creators but anyone can read or use google to know what to do with the code.
Most probable reason is to avoid any software creators might use to find post with links related to them (homepage, leaked filehost links, etc...)

I think the corrupted during upload but it's still usable.
I was able to extract it by pulling up the 'part' of the file that updates during download and opening that with 7z. From there I just pulled out the video np but the actual, proper 'downloaded' file was empty.

I think current information is not enough.
Were they really wearing cheerleader outfits? With pom-poms?
(No offense, but in many videos, they are dressed as bunny girls.)
What did their partner look like? White heads? or just male mobs?
