You can save videos to your Pikpak drive with 6GB of free storage and then download all the saved videos. Although it's slow, it's the only option available for free users

Extending on this, if you also can't (/don't want to) pay for premium, there's a trick that I discovered and might come in handy:

You can just use trash mails to create accounts. Some pikpak collections get deleted quickly, 6 GB free storage with 200 kbp/s are very restrictive so you might be too slow... but you could use lots of mails/accounts to save all the vids you are interested in / might be interested in later... and they will be saved forever until you delete them yourself.

I've put together a collection of Sakamata Chloe's work.
