MMD discussion and sharing

This might be a bit off-topic, but why do so many R18 MMD works use characters with deliberately unattractive designs—like 罪袋, or grotesquely obese guys—as the male role? There are plenty of well-designed, good-looking characters available, so I honestly don't understand why these are chosen instead. Erotic content is one place where people want to escape from reality, so forcing this kind of realism into it feels unnecessary to me.View attachment 86882

Im not into some pretty face character as main lead, maybe that ok for simple vanilla romance lovey dovey.
i think the reason lot of ppl love muscular and ugly character often used in H mmd is because the contrast when used with beautiful model (yeah fetish).

if i see that aether as main character there a chance i think that im watching a yuri themed rather than normal one lol.and i think the more ppl dive into Hentai the more their fetish change into more advance lvl and i think pretty boy model as ML is at lvl 1.

also i dont think it more realism when ugly model used compare to good looking one.

The sin sacks, 罪袋, have been around the japanese side since absolutely primordial times. MMD should be from 2008? And the aforementioned guys were around earlier in some touhou videos.. it's not really a question of why, they're just legendary status and easy to handle since the model is... Well, that.
Also, I personally find them goofy but serious, which works damn well in about 99% of the possible scenarios and animations one may come up with.

The ugly bastards are simple: Japanese side of fetishes. It's kind of that simple.
The big ugly creepy dude that suddenly can do whatever with whomever. Need I say more?

Honestly, I don't mind the sin sack, maybe too muscular, but it looks clean.

I remember being incredibly confused the first time I saw a sin sack character but over time, the sin sacks have become the equivalent of visual 'white noise' for me in that somehow my brain completely tunes them out of any scene, which is probably the point.

..... I had to look up a sin sack to double-check the 'too muscular' part because I straight-up had never noticed, or maybe I just forgot & blocked it from my memory. To your overall point, this is a very effective & functional character for scenes and I prefer that to the H-anime UB types.

Personally, my tierlist is:
  1. Top tier: textured fat champs (taka84, blendy, MiPoZ)
  2. High tier: not shown/first person (sugardust, flim13, ddd_suke)
  3. Mid tier: anonymous with a sack on head (dopurinu, maloxx, Kinhage), shota, MC from the source material
  4. Low tier: insects (o-dio), beasts/monsters (JygreAnimation), unnaturally uglified men (doujinvideo)

MipoZ is exactly the creator i had in mind when i said i have love-hate relationship with videos that have top notch animations and sex scenarios but questionable male cast XD but those kissing while pumping continuous creampies is just too good that it overcompensate the flaws

speaking of no.1, what about Meet? i think the sunglasses fat man character is still palatable when they're not deliberately designed to be ugly & dirty

So I don't know know if this is what @Larcx is looking for and as said it's low res, but I uploaded some of the videos in Mega. The artist if I remember correctly doesn't have an x, fanbox or such; but I'll delete the upload if iwara goes up again and/or the artist starts posting their work somewhere else.

From what I recall, his NSFW videos are only found in Iwara(which is down now). But you also needed to be his friend in Iwara in order to access those videos and I managed to be one of them who got accepted.

I don't remember if he posted non-VR or not since I can't check now. He doesn't post that often too so i'm pretty sure what I got are everything he has posted so far.

Apologies if this takes some time to reach you. I've been lurking for so long without posting and my posts need to go through mod approval before it can be seen.

By the time you see this post you could probably see a few more folders, namely Eat Up and Asteria. I might subscribe to Asteria again sometime in the future since he posts a lot but Eat Up is too inactive for me to have an active subscription even though his works are great.

Thank you for letting me know. All we can do now is wait for Iwara to be restored...

Do you have any more information on this creator? I had been looking for them even before Iwara went down, and now that Iwara is down I'm not even sure about what name they might have gone by

If there is a way to web archive a nuked thread in any way I'd possibly be able to fetch my own link from then.
Unfortunately Fantia decided to airstrike my old account with a ton of stuff in it : )

Well I poked around ever since the upload and found that he had a fantia page:

aHR0cHM6Ly9mYW50aWEuanAvZmFuY2x1YnMvNDA2NTQx

However he doesn't post there anymore.

I also found that he has a youtube channel:

aHR0cHM6Ly93d3cueW91dHViZS5jb20vY2hhbm5lbC9VQ2FXTEIyR1o1R2taNWlCM094THRfV0EvdmlkZW9z

And he has a recent post so he's somewhat active. Unfortunately that's how far my google-fu can go considering his username is incredibly generic. Maybe somebody else could recognize him here and would know more.

You didn't save them after paying for them? That's really unfortunate…
