Mahou Tsukai no Yoru startup error

Hello! So after figuring out how to install the VN I tried starting it up. And I got this error message

Authentication failed: unrecognized kernal32 module. /NM.


Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks!

I have Windows 8 yes. I added it to the folder but it doesn't work. Q.Q

The same error- I don't know if I'm dong it wrong. It's an iso file inside the folder. So if I'm supposed to put it in there it has no room? *Total noob at computers*

Oh Windows 8. My brother warned me about it's incompatibility with some programs.
