I don't really care about temperature. I I just hate grey sky and rainy day. As for in winter rainy day turn into snowy day which is 100% way better. xD

@nanashi - Its outdoor in a park where the city build the ring and add water in it and wait a couple of day before the water could freeze and the mini-zamboni pass to make the surface almost perfect.
