It's just to make the forum more easily readable, not really required for the URLs. Are we talking about stripping, different encapsulation, or encoding here?

our dubs here are worst. there translations suxs arse, low bg sounds, many scenes has been cut so that they can air a 5 or 7 mins of commercial airtime >.>
