I don't think he can bring anything with him to another time line save for the mobile he has.

All his past selves are still him while everyone else is a different person in each time line

He has good memory anyway~

But he doesnt remember what happened in other time lines where the world changes to so maybe if he had a diary he could read it whenever he changes something and see what effects there are~

I'm pretty sure he retains the memories that he made during his current time in other time lines.

When he transfers to another time line he doesn't have a memory of what happens after he teleports. His past memories have all have the same origin but with slight changes there and then because of interference.

Yes so thats why if there was a diary of sorts then he may know the small changes due to their meddling xD But i suppose its all quite simple to get... except for when he let ferris send that message...
