There are some children who have very sensitive ears or something... so the music hurt their ears. Thus, there are some cities without ice-cream truck music. XD

Although I am an U.S. citizen, I do agree that there are times that this country does troll with you. It's just so hard to comply with their logic sometimes.

Bit old article, but Obama has plans to improve the railways in the U.S., based on the French TGV, the Chinese Maglev but especially the Japanese Shin Kan-Sen. It's gonna cost a damn load of moolah. I think the government has more important stuff to spend money on, e.g. education. I mean seriously are they really gonna continue the education budget cuts?
