[Tools] Kuroneko Translator Kit - Translation Toolkit for Kuroneko Plus

Overview:
Scripts to unpack decrypt and (hopefully correctly) repack files of the game Kuroneko Plus [v10586] running on Shiina Rio v2.49. Sadly this probably wont work for other games if it even works for this one since it's not the same Jokerscript scheme for every game and I don't even "actually" know for this one since this is just using GarBro's proprietary Formats.dat.
Also no actual translation tested, yet. This is more of a first "best guess". I would honestly be surprised if it actually works properly.
