ITH won't hook

So when I try to hook a game (Dies irae if it matters), something like this appears:

And when I choose "Ok", ITH turns off.
What is wrong?

Try turning off your antivirus and Windows Defender and see if that helps. If not, not much you can do as it's an Access Violation error. (At least, not to my knowledge. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.)

An alternative you can use is ITHVNR if all else fails :)
