Fixed installation problem

Hello, I just downloaded Ushinawareta Mirai o Motometer and I can not to the installation. I burn the iso to a CD and when I run the instalation, the loading bar hangs from the beginning.
Can anyone help me?

Thank you for your advice I forgot to install AppLocale on Windows 7. Now it works. :)Thank you for your help
