I have a question... the torrent for the PPD here is obly a little over 5gb yet every other torrent I see for it when I looked them up is over 12gb, am I missing something?

even when i installed HF AppLoc and ran startup.exe with japanese locale as administrator
still the same problem

that's why i'm wondering if it'll even work on w10 or not ?
