i used to play a ton of mobile joseimuke!! ichu (rip my biggest heartbreak to date), enstars and idolish7 were my staples for years. but i played a ton of other mobile joseimuke too!!!!!!!
i LOVED ichu.. i think it was my first ever proper mobile game because i installed it first when i got a new phone ww!! i didnt even know anything about gacha back then.. sigh....... i doubt we will ever get a game like it. i miss my cutieful stalker sakkun...... and all the shota characters you could kiss.......... i know theres a switch version, but its not the same;;;; also i think they tried to yaoify the entire project back when the anime was airing, which i hated LOL, so now im side-eyeing every new project from liber
idolish7 hols a very special place in my heart, because i used to be OBSESSED with one of the characters. he was my first proper hasubando, and the character i loved the most in all my life. unfortunately i think my feelings have since faded, but i still remember him fondly and get sad sometimes...... im like a bitter obsessed ex, but the only one im harming is myself........;;
used to play the hell out of it too, but recently its been a little hard.. the gameplay part is.. outdated to say the least^^;; but i still love the story and the characters! OH AND TSUMUGI!!!! my loveliest girl.....!
enstars is..... well. it used to be a hasubando paradise, but then they started removing anzu from the narrative to focus more on yaoibait.. and i didnt like it very much HAHA, though my main problem with enstars is that it kinda doesnt know how to age? if that makes sense? they tried to modernize in the last couple of years, adding new bands and changing the ui, but all these steps just made veterans feel not welcomed anymore haha. also all the retcons and stuff.. not nice! but i still cant help but love my idols. back in the ! era, i was so interested in playing i had accounts on three servers!!!!! haha;
i love their 3d models though. their models and mvs are really freaking good. especially if you compare it to a certain other bigger rhythm game.....^^
i also tried a lot more games! blackstar, mahoyaku, a3, 18trip and many others, but i cant say ive been hooked. i kinda liked mahoyaku's gameplay because i love raising sim games like shinymas/gakumas/umamusume, but i never read any guides so i didnt exactly understand what i was doing.. also the gacha was insanely brutal so i quit. ww
i loved 18trip's gameplay a lot too, but since its not a gameplay-focused game but a story-/character-focused one, which i wasnt interested in, i gave up quickly. and the gacha is brutal there too haha
played a good chunk of a3 as well, but the gameplay was.. a little harsh.... and gacha was even harsher....... but i think all the boys are lovely!! i love my masumi and misumi.... such silly boys:D:D
in general, i find it kinda hard to play games without a fixed (female) mc nowadays. not that im looking for the true otome experience (i can just play otome games for that after all), but its hard being a yumejoshi in such spaces, because most fanart youll inevitably encounter will be yaoi. and i wouldnt say im a fan of yaoi outside of visual novels!!!!! im not a hater, just have some extremely specific preferences
in general i started playing when i was in middle school, and cute anime boys (and girls but this thread is not about them) helped me a lot during that time, because they inspired me to draw and write fanfiction, so i could safely escape my boredom and loneliness..... long live anime ikemen!!!!!
