I need a Japanese SIM card that can receive SMS(メール) but……

I am trying to enter a Japanese manga magazine raffle, but I require a japanese phone number, that can receive SMS text messages for the next two months in case I win Something, which I do not have.
What brand of Japanese SIM or phone number can I buy that is cheap and receives SMS?

I don’t know about price but Big Camera sells SIM with phone numbers. Don’t remember if they have short term plans like 3 months though. You can ask the shop for more information.
