Thanks for your time. I don't know Japanese language if I change how can i read ? others games run smoothly but not the ones like in screenshot.

Hi, 1 use Applocale, 2 use Emulator (VirtualBox, vmWare, Etc) Install Xp JP, 3 Best choice install second Jp OS Win 7 x86

Hi, again you cant run, It Flash game For Jp Region, you need change your system to Japan, not language, Full system, if you not see C:Y but see C:\ you change only Lang, not system... Just install VirtualBox https://www.virtualbox.org/ and WinXp or Win7 Japan and all game work, just dont forget check your Motherboard Bios about Vt-D or your Emu work slow. How to do easy YouTube solve all your problem... Example http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=applocale+windows+10
P.S You need Win9 Pro Multilingual version to change...
P.S.S or try Locale Emulator Second Video. I not use this dont know, i many years just instal second Jp OS and dont care, about Eng-Jp os conflict...
