How to extract a WAR File? (Visual Novel,ビッチ姉ちゃんが清純なはずがないっ！)

How can I extract the "WAR File"s from visual novel company Onomatope Raspberry's game "ビッチ姉ちゃんが清純なはずがないっ！" ?

7zip and regular file extractors don't extract this file, are there any programs that can extract this game's file?

not really no, sry but that's pretty vague. I'm looking for a more specific solution

First thing I did before posting was googling and testing out winrar trial ver, but it didn't work, even reading it just gave me jumbled coding in a text file
I'm trying to extract the WAR. file to check for any mp3 files
