How do you like your eggs?

Eggs in my salad..... not egg salad...... just hard-boiled eggs with some lettuce.

sometimes I'll put hard boiled egg slices in my tuna sandwiches.

I have a very secret, soft spot for eggs benedict -- canadian bacon and eggs (with yolks that are barely set) on top of an english muffin and mmm, hollandaise sauce...

I fill my lasagna cheese layers with a mixture of ricotta, mozzarella& romano chesses, chopped spinach and beaten eggs
