how do i back up IDM list of downloaded files when reinstalling without keeping the registry?:

is it possible to back up IDM list of downloaded files when reinstalling without keeping the registry? do you have to export the registry as describe here if you want to backup the list of downloaded files or those that are in progress, as mentioned here https://www.internetdownloadmanager.com/register/new_faq/functions17.html ? my os is a mess (ssd letters swapped and softwares cant get uninstalled due to it "volume label incorrect":) andi dont know if i the default "export to IDM export file" from task menu of IDM works, and not know if importing the registry exported before the reinstallation will confuse the newly installed system due to wrong drive labels. internal serial number for os to recognize ssds might be messed up
