The download speeds can be pretty slow for people, so every MB can make a difference. That's why the apk was put into a zip archive.
It used to be a 7z for more effective compression, but since unpacking those is not a standard feature on most phones it was switched to zip instead.

It looks a bit misleading with the DLsite and Fanza links, but it's not actually released, yet.
It's just announcing another DRM riddled supporter only test version.

The modified executable "may" trip some anti-virus programs, because the original already does.
One Succubus sex scene looks kinda broken, but that's just how the dev made it and not an issue with this mod.​

It's normal that the original patch doesn't work in version 1.3.0 (and since 1.3.0 is currently still an early release, the official version hasn't been updated to 1.3.0 yet). This is because new images were added for every position. On top of that, the executable's logic changed: instead of having three consecutive '0.5' values side by side, only a single '0.5' can be found now...

DLsite hasn't updated yet (both the listed update date and the downloaded file are still the April version). This likely means an update is currently in progress. It looks like the itch version was also uploaded just recently—it's possible it was released first because the platform's review time is shorter...

Update: I just confirmed that DLsite has also finished updating... As I mentioned above, because the executable logic has changed and there are new images for every position, practically none of the existing files can be used. Furthermore, since there are no leaked image files for the new version, this is likely going to be a major overhaul...

The shop hack mod is complete. Simply extract the attached file and overwrite the original files... As for the uncensor part, Shisaye has already figured out how to remove the censorship that was originally handled by the executable file. However, since new images have been added for every position, the amount of redraw work will definitely be substantial. So if you're waiting for a fully uncensored mod, it'll probably still take a while.

I finished investigating the files of the new version.
Only a pretty small amount of assets can be reused for the new version.
One of the big problems is that apparently there's some kind of dick shader now.
At least almost all dick assets have a lighter color now, which means the old ones no longer fit.

Here's basically everything that can be salvaged for the new version 1.3.0.41(8) including a file to remove the general mosaic overlay.
To actually get back to fully uncensored more than half of the main assets still need to be redrawn by someone.

It seems that even the few parts that look usable still trigger bugs. I just tested it in-game: after using a futa transformation potion to turn into a fairy, I attacked a goblin with a sleep staff, equipped the position selector, and tried to assault the goblin—the game crashed immediately. Overwriting with the original clean files just resulted in having no positions to select, with zero issues...
Update: Found out the issue is caused by mosaic_fs. As long as the modified version is used, it will crash under this specific scenario. Swapping back to the original version while keeping the other assets modded works fine with no issues...Problem solved. It turns out mosaic_fs was missing a configuration setting, and that part is still handled inside the executable. All you need to do is locate that remaining '0.5' value in the exe file and change it to '0.0', and the issue is completely resolved.
