Does the Overdrive award permanently stay once you achieve it? If I'm not mistaken, last time Overdrive award only can be taken from the previous active spammer poster by the highest overall activity poster. That mean the award always keep changing hands.
But now I see many people have it in their Achievement rack. Nande ya nen?!

From what i can see it seem that achievements stay and awards can be stolen
