Hentai Games like UnHolY SaNctuaRy with male protagonist

Im wondering if there are any of the side scroller games like UnHolY SaNctuaRy, Virus Z and the many others with a male main character. I have found quite a few in this genre but they all feature women as the main character.

Have found a few others with different genres like MGQ or Desire Dungeon but none in the side scroller metroidvania genre.

I assume they must exist and my googlefu is just lacking as all the enemies would just need to be female. :)

I've seen quite a lot of those games, but never with a male protagonist, you could try to pitch the idea to some game studio =P

Edit: actually now that i think about it there might be one i've played some time ago with a male shota protagonist, i don0t remember the title but i could probably find it again...
