Help with NoDVD and serial patching for Koi to Senkyo to Chocolate (恋と選挙とチョコレート) please!

So, I have it installed properly. I got mine from:

So I downloaded the patch file. I ran the start.exe as administrator after putting it into my installed folder but nothing different happened from when I just ran the game exe.
Like, it still asks for me to insert DVD and serialization.
Can anyone who has this working help me out?

May I suggest that you try to contact the uploader of the files, either PM or just post the question at his/her thread.
You'll get faster reply that way.

As for the problem, I'm afraid I wouldn't be able to help you out on that, coz I didn't DL the game.
