Can tell us what 'Language and Regional Settings' you have at the moment for the time being? I'll try lead the general direction unless this is one of the games where I already have a copy somewhere on my system.

EDIT: I had a look at the game and its one of those games where I wouldn't download unless I'm really interested in it. However, with information on what your setup is on your System. I'm pretty sure someone is able to assist you, if I don't get back to you on time.
