I'm a 20 year old male for the United States and I'm currently attending college for computer information technology with a concentration in networking. My hobbies are computing, anime, manga, visual novels, photoshop, and web design. My current fascination is encryption, hence the name 'Cipher'.

I stumbled onto this site as I was surfing and liked it immediately.
