Is this the same Drossel-sama except with a new look, or another Drossel-sama?
I prefer the old design of Drossel.
 
I haven't watched either. Doesn't strike me like a series with much regard for continuity anyway.
 
Is this a full episode(30min) anime or like the 1st one a short episode type(1-2min)?

I didn't watch it but it is the same Drossel with different designs according to other ppl. It is only 2 minutes i think (correct me if i am wrong).
 
Watching these new episodes of Fireball bring back memories of watching the 1st season(if a group of 2 minutes episodes can be consider a season).
It's like a speed test for your eyes, trying to read the sub which changing at a fast pace and the inter wind dialogs between Drossel-sama and Gedach. Even though each episode just run around 2 minutes, it's tend to drain your energy just by trying to read all the dialogs. LOL.
