Game Where Being Mean Leads to the Best Ending?

Hello I've played some otoges before, but most of them 'punish' the players for choosing the 'mean' dialogue option. Like when you choose to punish the antagonist for what they did, usually it will lead you to get the bad ending.

Is there any otome game out there where they encourage you to be mean so you'll get the good ending??

Sorry if the question doesn't make any sense or if it turns out that there's already tons of games like this🫣🫣

Personally, I think some of the endings in Tokeijikake no Apocalypse have that kind of choice.

The game has a time loop and time paradox setup. To reach a better timeline, you have to make the hard call to let go of certain people and things.

I don't even think there are otome games with "mean" options to begin with? Not leading to bad endings, but like, at all. There are many stupid choices, not mean ones. At least I've never encountered such games myself. If you want protagonist to be a bad guy (girl?) you best option is a regular RPG with branching plot. In Pathfinder you can eat the bad guy and take his placefor example.

There are some 'mean' options for a short sequence in Fashioning Little Miss Lonesome (you can choose to lord over the two guys and make them do useless things). If you go down the way of behaving bitchy, it leads to a 'bad' (sort of) end - your orbiters losing all interest in you.

On the one hand 😯 woah it exists, on the other - it sounds like a very logical course a story would take with such options

I'm currently playing Overreq!! And I instinctively picked the choice to punish the antagonists hhahha😭 So not necessarily MC being bad but just rightfully condemning them... And it put me to the bad ending...

Oohh!! I've heard of it!! Really need to try it since I do DnD too🤔🤔

In My Candy Love (Castiel's route) The worse you treat him, the better. I raised my lovometer with him that way! However, there are some answers that don't follow the same logic, so tread with caution. The dynamic of his route is just full of playful teasing, so playing hard-to-get is the best way to reach his heart. Maybe you could check it out!

havent played a lot of otome games so cant say much but in the BL games i played, i think Haiiro no Arcadia had one of the routes (Riou) where to get the good ending you have to punch him and confront him for what he did instead of hug him and just forgive him or something wwwww (not technically being mean, since its more like calling him out for the things he did and not just going along with it)
but yeah i definitely do agree devs should put more of these kind of choices in games, makes it more interesting, and i have to say there are certain times in games where i wonder why theres no attack buttonthese people pmo so bad😑
